Primary Arms

Primary arms are the main coilguns or other ranged weapon technologies used by individual combatants when fighting. As the centrepiece of infantry equipment, they generally consist of self-sustained and integrated weapon systems that can be used independently for full combat purposes. The actual intended purpose and operation of each device can vary depending on its design, but they are usually designed to increase accuracy and reduce the Time To Kill (TTK) as much as possible.
