The AirShock Model 2 Revision 4 (originally named VX-A7 in prototype stage) is a further developed model of the AirShock M1R2 weapon designed by Vice Development and manufactured by Plurge Weapon Solutions. The M2R4 was a considerable improvement over the previous versions in the AirShock family of weapons, thanks to its doubling down on both the long-running and more recent drawbacks of the series.
No longer being forced to tolerate problems with durability and now having the capability to be used in a wider variety of atmospheric conditions, the AirShock M2R4 shows greatly increased performance over its predecessors and is still in use today. However, the recent release of the AirShock M3 has meant that consumers are beginning to replace these now-aging weapons.
