The Soup Extraction Gate - Series 3 is a second generation soup extraction gate. After a second design was almost patented but cancelled in the beginning of the Cosmian Wars, Mansteid Auto waited until after the wars to continue its development. However, the excruciatingly long duration of the Cosmian Wars and the immense technological advancements throughout meant that a new one would have to be fully designed from scratch. The SEG-S3 features a more efficient harvesting system than its predecessor as well as a smaller required crew size.
