The Plasma-Based Composite Experimental Shell was a dedicated artillery strike shell designed for use against lone, individual targets. Originally designed by Harry's Heatworks with the support of Primus Manufacturing, it was the first projectile specifically designed to utilise plasma in a long range attack role. The shell was utilised by the PAC ONE Midnight Comet and PAC TWO Azure Meteor artillery units.
