The Space Launched Assault Missile - 2 was a basic rear-aspect infrared combat missile designed by the Fox Corporation for use in space during starship to starship engagements. Developed off of the SLAM-1 with newfound funding, the -2 variant featured an upgraded motor, improved agility from reprogrammed reaction control system thrusters and more guidance thrust time - an all around improvement over the former.
