The Unmanned Reconnaissance, Observation and Surveillance - 1 Birdeye is a reconnaissance drone used to capture images and video of military points of interest. Produced by Sideways Collective Industries, the Birdeye supports the use of night-vision, thermal and ultra-high definition imaging. It is designed with a low profile in order to be able to penetrate enemy territory and producing intelligence that would otherwise be inaccessible. For one mission, the small drone is able to fly for several hours at a time and can be remotely controlled from up to 150 km away. In the event of a system failure or capture, the UROS-1 is also able to remotely self-destruct after transmitting its collected data. The Kolban Alliance artillery division also uses the drone for long-range optical targeting with long range artillery pieces, such as the OSSR-1.
