Payne Explotech

Payne Explotech is a research and development institution specialising in explosives and ammunition of all types. It is a much smaller company than others such as Topman Dynamics and Primus Manufacturing, but it is known for performing its work just as well. Founder Larry Payne was adamant on always collaborating on their projects and even after his death Payne Explotech has been seen working with various other organisations, including both competitors and industry leaders.
