Rypotto (Celestial Classification HD-044P3) is a Gaian terrestrial planet and the third planet in the Nethierre star system, located in the North-Eastern section of the Human astral territory. Positioned around 0.04 astronomical units away from the red dwarf star, it completes one full orbit every 240 hours. Rypotto's nature as a tidally locked body means its rotational period lasts the same amount of time. Some precambrian life has evolved on the surface, near the few lakes of water that exist, but is overall limited.
Rypotto is by far the most populated planet in the Nethierre star system, and houses its capital city Rylia, as well as the only other two cities in the system. Efforts made by the inhabitants of the cities have been made to further populate the planet with additional flora, and have had varied success. The rest of Rypotto's surface is confirmed to be of no true interest to settlers and prospectors alike and currently remain largely unused.
