Jawtriss (Celestial Classification CC-001P4) is a frigid terrestrial planet and the fourth planet in the Firezin binary star system, located centrally within the Cindus astral territory. Positioned around 2.86 astronomical units away from the two red dwarf stars, it completes one full orbit every 64,623 hours and one complete rotation every 146 hours. Jawtriss is orbited by one small moon - Enshar.
Although Jawtriss currently supports no native forms of life, there is proof that it has previously evolved some form of precambrian type life. Cryogenically preserved parts of these lifeforms were collected by researchers from deep glacial samples. Jawtriss' relatively hostile environment makes it unsuitable for any activity other than research of the planet's biological and geological history as well as ice mining, and as such there are no permanent residents on its surface.
