Moons
Moons are satellite celestial bodies that orbit planets throughout the galaxy. They are relatively small, but can still have a considerable effect on geological or otherwise terrestrial processes on their host planets. Although usually distinct from their parent bodies, moons are typically named after the planets they orbit, although some are given unique names as a result of cultural or scientific significance. This naming, as with planets and stars, is managed by the Galactic Astronomical Union.

Unlogged moons
These moons are those that are known to exist but have not been given official names either because little is known about them or because they are of little interest and are not deemed a significant location.
